Software Combined, focused on acquiring and supporting a portfolio of established B2B technology companies, is taking its first steps in the Netherlands. The company was founded in Australia by three Dutch entrepreneurs, Niek Hoogenhout, Evert den Hollander, and Stefan Jansen. The move into the Dutch market is driven by more than just their roots. This makes it a logical entry point for Software Combined into the European market.

Unified Streaming joins the family

Currently, ten companies from Australia and New Zealand are part of the Software Combined group. Now, a leading Dutch player is joining: Unified Streaming. Unified Streaming, a creator of world-class streaming technologies, has an international customer base including BBC, Viaplay and Globo. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Amsterdam, the company has established itself as a true authority in defining industry-advancing standards and specifications.

Expansion into Europe

Software Combined is actively looking for successful businesses in the Benelux and is in the final stages of two additional acquisitions in this market. Further plans for European expansion are also underway, and Software Combined is hiring staff locally out of its office in Amsterdam.
